Jamie was a woman who was previously married. She got married to her longtime boyfriend, Marc K. Wallack. They dated for several years before they tied the knot in around 1990. Colby shares Gregory Green Berg's son from this relationship with her ex-husband. Marc was unable to continue the relationship with Colby for an extended period of time and so they put it aside in the year 2011. But the reason of Jamie's ex-husband's split isn't known. Jamie remains single as of right now. Colby was hired for her first position after graduation at a local newspaper. Following graduation, she was employed in various local papers. Her work for CNN was not limited to the newsroom. Later, she was hired as an anchor and reporter for CBS News. Jamie's career was now irreversible. She was an anchor and was employed at WPIX/WB-11.
